A large area of south-eastern England is being combed for the crew, of a German plane which Avas shot doAvn at Godstone. yesterday. Villagers and airraid wardens are helping to beat the fields and heath* lands. Farmers and others are alert in vieAV of the likelohood that the missing men Avill soon be obliged to seek food.
