The residue of the estate is to be held upon trust to distribute income and capital among such charitable institutions or other charitable objects in New Zealand! as the trustees may select, irrespective of locality, religious creed or persuasion. The testator expresses the wish that the whole of this fund be paid, within 25 years from his death. It is estimated that the estate duty will amount to £120,000.
