MESSAGE FROM NEW ZEALANO. (Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, This Day. The following message has been dispatched to his Majesty by the Gov-ernor-General :

■ “On this day set aside for the observance of your Majesty’s birthday in Nen n Zealand, I beg to tender your Majesty, with my humble duty, on behalf of the Government and people of* all classes and of both races in this Dominion, most loyal, respectful congratulations and good wishes, and 1 to assure you ■of their unwavering devotion to your Majesty’s throne and person.
