BRITISH IN THE MIDDLE EAST. TWO FIGHTING STATESMEN. (Rcocvod Ths Day, 9.10 a.m.) LONDON, November 7. General Camber Parry (the British commander in Greece), in an interview, said: “The British forces in the Middle East arc capable of crushing the enemy from any quarter. Victory is certain, and as Mr Churchill has said, we shall share the fruits. It.is encouraging that Greece and Britain have found two fighting statesmen to whom they can confide tlieir fate. Mr Churchill and General Metaxas will lead us to victory.
