DAFFODIL DAY DISCUSSED. NURSES’ REPORT ON VISITS. Mrs F. W. Seldon presided over a well attended meeting .cf the Ashburton' Plunket Society in the Plunket •rooms yesterday. iDaffodil Day results were discussed, and considering the very wet day experienced for the appeal, were thought satisfactory. Mrs J. Bathgate was appointed secretary.
The nurse’s report stated that visits to rooms were: —Town, adults, 298; babies 282. Country, adults 1.15; babies 108. Town ear mileage for the month was 786. *
