Final arrangements were in hand for the Red Cross ball to be held on August 7. It was decided to hold a bridge evening in conjunction with the hall, and that supper should he served in Wright, Stephenson’s shod. ; The fortnightly sales depot, which was in charge of the Methodist Ladies’ Guild, did brisk business.
