EFFECT OF BAD WEATHER. % ROME, July 25. The Minister for Agriculture said that bad weather in the north of Italy had been responsible for the l decrease in the Italian Avlieat crop. Harvests of maize and rice, on the othjer hand, Avould be considerable. A ucav order in Italy brings the number of meatless dayfs to four a Aveek, and the use of bread in restaurants is restricted.
