DUKE OF WINDSOR.
POST STILL RETAINED. VISIT TO ITALIAN BORDER, LONDON, J*uie 8. The Ministry of Information states that there is no foundation for a report that the Duke of Windsor has resigned his military appointment. He is paying a visit to the French troops on the Italian border, and will shortly return to the headquarters of the mission to which he is attached. The Duke has informed Reuter that reports that he has relinquished his post as liaison officer to the;French ,and British Armies in France are wholly inaccurate.
