THE SEAFIELD MEETING, There was a. fair attendance of members at the June meeting of the Seafield branch of tlie Women’s Division of the New Zealand Farmers’ "Union, held in the Seafield Hall. Mrs F. Johnson presided. Competitions resulted : Girdle scones, seniors: Mrs D. Driscoll 1, Mrs J. Mitchell 2. Chrysanthemums, single; Mrs J. McDonald 1, Mrs H. Driscoll % Mjrs T. Johnson 3. Double : Miss iN. Beilinson l,\Mrs H. Driscoll 2. Bowl, decorative: Miss J. Mitchell 1, Mrs H. Driscoll 2. Champion bloom: Miss J. Mitchell. Specimen bloom, small: Mrs H. Driscoll 1, Miss J. Mitchell 2, Mrs J. McDonald 3. Afternoon tea was served by Mrs R, J. Martin and Mrs J. Glassey.
