GERMAN CLAIM.
THE SEARCH FOR CONTRABAND. EXAMINATION OF 127 SHIPS. (Received This (Day, 11 n.m.) LONDON, November 21. It is officially announced in Berlin that U-boats, co-operating with the Air Force in the Baltic and North Seas, compelled 127 merchantmen, totalling 245,455 tons to enter German harbours for search* for contraband.
