RIFLES ALONGSIDE BOOKS. DUCE’S ADDRESS TO STUDENTS. (Received This Day, 10.15 a.m.) ROME, November 15. In response to demands by 50,000 students who were celebrating the opening of the academic year ,Signor Mussolini made a speech from the Palazzo Venezia. Ho said: “In accordance with Fascist custom and for a precaution, keep your rifles alongside your books. The Fascist peace is an armed peace.” The students spasmodically shouted, “Tunis! Corsica!”
