the mitcham-rokeby branch. Tho Mitcham-Rokeby branch of the Women’s Division of the New Zealand Farmers’ Union met recently, the president (Mrs W. Penny) presiding. The results of competitions were as follows:—Jam roll: Mrs Wilkinson 1, Mi ss Penney 2, Mrs Ziegler 3. Bloom: Mrs Ziegler 1, Miss Penney 2, Mrs McPhail 3. Flowers: Miss Penney 1, Mrs Penney 2, Mrs Wilkinson 3.
Mrs J. Hampton, who is leaving the district, was presented with a shoulder spray and Women’s Division spoon.
