As no final decision about the proposed tour of New Zealand by an Australian cricket team toward the end of the season has been announced by the Australian Board of Control, officials and players have been discussing the possibilty of the tom; being proceeded with, A member of the Board of Control stated that he understood that because, of the war; the tour would not take place. If New Zealand expressed a desire for the tour, however, something might be done about it.
