COMMUNITY SINGS.

SUCCESS OF TINWALD EFFORTS. The community sings which have been held at Tinwald in aid of the Red Cross Society have proved highly successful. At the sing last evening the leader, Mr B. J. Wilson, Avas thanked for his sendees by the Rev. D. !D. MacLaehlam. Reference Avas made to the enthusiasm which characterised the sings. Air Wilson thanked the Tinwald ministers, the R.evs: H.”\. Childs and MacLachlan, for the use of their church halls and the Town Board for the use of the town hall.

Appreciation was expressed to Aliss Christie for arranging the programmes and to Aliss Clark for acting as pianist. Another sing Avill ba conducted in the Presbytea-ian hall on November 25.
