FALL OF EARTH.

MINER FATALLY INJURED. (Per Press Association,. DUNEDIN, November 14. While working in a gold mining claim at Kveiburn Diggings, about 10 miles from Naseby, this afternoon, Mr Percy Brown, aged 54, received injuries 'which later resulted in his death. He Avas Avorking at a claim beneath a bank about 20 feet high, part of which became dislodged and fell on him. The injured man Avas dragged clear by his cousin, Mr John Brown, who works with him. Mr Brown Avas a married man with an adult family of four.
