ADMIRAL BYRD’S EXPEDITION. FIRST SHIP SAILS TO-DAY. (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 1.15 p.in.) BOSTON, November 13. Rear Admiral R. E. Byrd’s snowcruiser arrived a fortnight late due to eight breakdowns en route. The first ship, the North Star, will sail on Tuesday l'or the south. Rear Admiral Byrd will join the North Star either at Philadelphia <:r Panama. The second ship, the barquentine Bear of Oakland, will sail a week later.
