CLAIMS MADE BY BULGARIA.
OPPOSITION BY RUMANIANS. TALKS ON MATTER AT BERLIN. (United Press Association—Copyright.. (Received This Day, 11.5 a,m.) LONDON, July 5. The Berlin correspondent of “ The Times” says that, according to indications, the German-Bulgarian talks will deal not only with political and economic relations, but also with the position of Bulgaria as regards her neighbours, particularly Rumania and Greece.
. The Bulgarian claim to the Southern Dobra ja, which, according 'to official statements in Bucharest, will be retained by Rumania at all costs, is on the agenda for the present discussions, as also is the demand that Greece should grant Bulgaria, direct access to the Mediterranean by the cession of part of Thrace.

The Prime Minister of Bulgaria (M. Kiosseivanoff) has arrived on a State visife, accompanied by his wife and daughter and journalists. He was met by the Foreign Minister (Herr von Ribbentroip.), who gccompanied him through beflagged streets to Bellevue Palace. Herr Hitler received the Premier at the Chancellery in the afternoon, and conferred with him for an hour. There was a State banquet in the evening.
