INDIAN UNREST.
PROPAGANDA BY COMMUNISTS
(Per Press Association). WELLINGTON, July 4. Unrest among the native races in India because of Communist propaganda was mentioned by Lieutenant L. D. Muling ,of the 11th Sikh 'Regiment, who returned by tho Wanganella on leave. As one of the principal present-day troubles in tho Eastern Empire this Communist propaganda was being spread by young Indians who had been, trained in Soviet Russia.
There was no sign, of Nazi propaganda in that part of India where he had been stationed. The regiment is at present in Bengal.
