TEAMS FOR SATURDAY. The following teams will represent their respective clubs in tennis matches next Saturday:— Te Marae. Juniors against Highbank, at Te Alarae —AA’omen : Airs Reddecliffe, Aliss I. Cam bridge, 'Miss L. Wall, Aliss IM. Rogers. Men: R. AA’. Or, A. Hansen, G. Baynes, ,L. Meecham. ATHLETICS. MAYFIELD DISTRICT SCHOOLS SPORTS. The combined district schools’ sports were discussed at a recent meeting in the Mayfield School. It was decided to hold the sports at Mayfield on December 7, starting at 11 a.m. It was agreed that the gathering be made an annual fixture, the date selected being the first Saturday after the Christchurch Show. A comprehensive programme was arranged.
