SUSPECTED SPIES.
ARftESTS IN SWITZERLAND. (United Press Association —Copyrignt.) (Independent Cable Service.) (Received This Day, 6.5 n.m.) BERNE, November 2. In a district which has been formed at Basle, 'many Swiss and Germans have been arrested recently. They arc accused of espionage for Germany. One of the most prominent of those arrested is Eugen Wildi, a well-known lawvor.
