HERR HITLER’S AID SOUGHT TELEGRAM FROM ULSTERMAN BELFAST Oct. 17 An Irishman has sent a telegram to Herr Hitler asking him to use his influence with Mr Chamberlain to end the partition of Ireland. The man is a resident of Armagh, Ulster hut his name has not been ‘disclosed. _ Til The Premier of Northern Ireland,, Lord Craigavon, refuses to consider » plebiscites for “self-determination in certain territories of Ulster. ' Ho made that clear in a speech in. the Northern Ireland Parliament.
