The Rome correspondent of the “Telegraph” says that celebrations are proceeding throughout Italy to commemorate the 16th anniversary of the march on Rome.
Signor Mussolini said: “The clearing of the political horizon appears to be marked, and slioavs signs of spreading, but we Fascists wi 11 continue to advance with our customary inflexible energy.”
