MOTHERS’ UNION.

MEETING AT TINWALD. The monthly meeting of Ihe Tinwald Mothers’ Union was hold in 11 1 :■ Parish Hall yesterday afternoon. 'I lie president ('Mrs Jennings) presided over a good attendance. The meeting was preceded with a service in the church conducted by the I’ev. 11. A. Childs. Afterwards in the Hall Mr Childs gave a. reading. Mrs Sewell and Mrs feoutei were the hostesses. The Tinwald Mothers’ Union and Ladies’ Guild were the guests of Mrs M. P. Cooke, Allenton, at an enjoyable function. A treasure hunt was held, and afternoon tea was served by Mrs Cooke and Mrs Worry.
