POLISH AND HUNGARIAN' "EVERYTHING GOING WELL” (Received This Day, 12.10 p.m.) LONDON, September 29. A telegram from Munich states that German political circles believe that the Polish and Hungarian minorities question is being discussed at- the conversations which began at 10 p.m. A British authority told a Reuter (representative, "Things are going pretty well now. You will be able to return to Berlin when the conference is over.”
