ST. JAMES THEATRE. “Dr. Syn” the thrilling romantic film which will be screened at the St. James Theatre finally this evening has George Arliss in the role of a parson by day and a smuggler by night. A double threesome of top rank comedians and popular screen players of the younger generation will be seen in the featured roles of Universal’s “Reckless Living” a. fast moving comedy drama to open to-morrow. Heading the trio of funsters is Jimmie Savo, the world-famous pantomimist, whoso superlative mimicry has been seen in every capital of Europe ana America. With him are Charles Judels veteran merrymaker from the New York musical comedy stage, and Frank Jenks, famous for his portrayal of the music-mad taxi-driver in “100 Men and a Girl.” «• In the romantic leads will be seen Roberti Wilcox, Nan Grey and W T illiam Lundigan, in a three corner love story laid against ai background of racetracks and night clubs. Joan Gardner, the star of “Wings Over Africa,” a thrilling drama of the Yeldt screening in conjunction is a carefree, sports-loving girl, but confesses to being superstitious about white horses. lan Collins, James Harcourt and Alain Napier help to form an excellent supporting cast for “Wings Over Africa.”
