COMPREHENSIVE NOTICE ISSUED RESERVE MEN REPORT TO-DAY. AN ADMIRALTY ANNOUNCEMENT. (Received This Day, 12.40 p.m.) LONDON, September 27. The Admiralty announced, after a meeting of Cabinet, that tlio Fleet was being mobilised as a precautionary measure. Instructions would he issued to-morrow after the King issues a Proclamation recalling up the naval reservists. A notice directs the men ol the Royal Fleet R eserve Class B to proceed to the depot to-morrow morning, not awaiting for individual summonses. Officers and other naval reservists and pensioners aro receiving individual summonses if their services are required. The authorities have cancelled leave in the metropolitan police and certain officers have been recalled from leave.
