TERMS TO THE CZECHS . ■ « MUST BE ACCEPTED TO-DAY GERMANY TO MOBILISE TO-MORROW PRAGUE’S DETERMINED STAND (United Press Association—Copyright.) (Received This Day, 12.25 p.m.) LONDON, September 27. It is announced in a broadcast that unless Czechoslovakia accepted the memorandum by 2 p.m. to-morrow, Germany will mobilise on Thursday. “ My Government wish me to declare in all solemnity that Herr Hitler’s demands, in their present form, are absolutely unconditionally unacceptable to my Government.
