Sir Earle Page (Australian Minister for Commerce) will preside at the opening of the two-day international wool conference on June 16. The agenda will include papers regarding the international definition of the term “pure wool,” Customs’ treatment of goods containing artificial fibres, improvements in transactions with countries having exchange restrictions, and desirable alterations in the selling system in New Zealand.
