PLANT FOR THE EAST COAST. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Minister of Mines (the Hon. P. C. Webb) has' received cable advice from the chairman of directors of the New Zealand Petroleum Company, Ltd. (Sir Colin Fraser), who is at present in Now York, that all the drilling plant for the East Coast petroleum prospecting has been shipped and that drillers are sailing from the Persian Gulf@for New Zealand. An early start will be made on drilling. Sir -Colin also stated that a geological team sailed from New York on May 23 to survey the Taranaki Province.
