VOTES CAST AT WANGANUI. 1308 OUT OF POLL OF 0939. (Per Press Association.) WANGANUI, This Day. The Wanganui City Council official count was finished this morning. A feature was the extraordinary number of informal votes, the total being 1308 out of a poll of approximately 9939 votes cast.
