The Sofia correspondent, of “The Times” says a Cabinet, disagreement resulted in the. resignation of General Loulioff (Minister for War) and- M. Krasnovsky‘(Minister for the Interior). They have been replaced by General Dask.aloff, commander, of the Plevna garrison, and Dr. Nicolaeff, formerly Minister for Education. ‘ -- 1 >
It is believed that- the dispute'arose out of the elections, which have been fixed for-March 6, General Uoukoff, as spokesman for the army,/''fbbred the elections' might, result in a - resurrection of the political notwithstanding that the officers who engineered the coup of 1934 extorted a promise- from King Boris that they should not recur. General Loukoff’s ..resignation surprised the public, as lie was believed, to enjoy King Boris’s confidence. The fact that both lie and M. Ivrasnovskv resigned indicates that the King is determined without -deviation to carry out his policy.
