ASHBURTON CLUB’S MATCHES.
Several matches were played by members of the Ashburton Polo Club on Saturday on Mr Tarbotton’s property at Tinwald. The combination of the sides was changed frequently. for these practice games. Those taking part were W. R. Lemon, W. White, R. D. Hefford and Mulligan (4). Further games will be played by members of the club next Saturday.
