HON. W. E. PARRY.
ARRIVAL AT SYDNEY. (United Frees Association—Copyright) SYDNEY, Jan. 21. The Hon. W. E. Parry (New Zealand Minister for Internal Affairs) arrived in Sydney this morning by the Awatea, after a pleasant voyage. Mr Parry was met by Government representatives. He expects to remain in Australia about six weeks during which he will investigate a number of matters, chief of which will be a reciprocal pensions scheme between New Zealand and Australia.
Iu shipboard Tnterviev/es Mr Parry referred to a number of Dominion matters including defence, air transport, farming, irrigation and the progress the Dominion had made under the Labour Government.
Mr Parry has received a tremendous number of invitations to various functions and it will he a physical impossibility for him to attend them all.
