WELLINGTON RACING CLUB. KELLY WINS HANDICAP. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, January 20. The Wellington Racing Chib’s summer meeting was continued to-day in warm weather. There was again a laige attendance. The track was in fast order, and there were some close finishes. The sum of £44J905 (win! £20,036, place £23,918 10s) was handled. The second day last year was Anniversary Day, a public holiday, when £76,291 was handled, and on the third day, a Saturday, £69,223 10s was put through. This year Anniversary day falls on Saturday, so that the total turnover will suffer through the clashing of the two holidays. Concluding results:
