MR W. J. BLOOMFIELD. WELLINGTON, This Day. Private cable advice received here announces the death in Sydney of Mi IV. J. Bloomfield, the joint managing director of the Mutual Life and Citizens Assurance Company. Mr Bloomfield was an outstanding figure in the insurance world.
