THE PRESIDENT OF POLAND.

It is persistently rumoured that tho Polish President, Dr. Ignacy Moscicki, who is 70 years old, is seriously ill with an internal complaint. Official, circles are reticent about his condition.
The death or resignation of President Moscicki at this time might be followed by grave political results, in view of the growing strength of proFascist opposition to the Government. Dr. Moscicki, formerly a chemist, has been President since 1926. He was born at Riga, Latvia.
