LONDON WOOL SALES. The Bank of New Zealand, has received the following advice from, its London Office, under date, November 26: Sales closed fair competition. Merinos were steady. Crossbreds had easier tendency. Current quotations for wools of average condition : —Merinos, super 6064’s 14d to lod per lb; ordi%jry, 6064’s 12£d to 13)d; inferior, 10£d to lid. Halfbreds, 56-68’s 13d to 13‘c1,; 56’s 12id to 123 d ; 50-56’s llid to 12d. Crossbreds, 50’s llid to llid; 48-50’s 10-id to lid ; 46-48’h 10id to 10id; 4446’s lOd to 10id ; 40-44’s lOd to 10id; 36-40’s lOd to 10Jd. frozen meat market. The Bank of New Zealand has received the following advices from its London Office as at clo.se of business this week:— Wethers —The market is firm. Ewes. —There is a better demand. Lambs.—The market is short of supplies and prices are nominal. Wethers, light, 4-£, s§d; heavy, 33d, 4id. Ewes, 23d, 4»d. Lambs 2’s 73d ,7 id ; B’s 73d, 7fd; 4’s 7id, 7Jd; Seconds, 7|d, 73d.
