QUESTION OF WORKERS’ PAY. (Per Press Association. ) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Sutcliffe) to-day. This is because the King’s Birthday was observed on June 9, but no validating legislation has yet been passed and factory workers employed on the actual date, December 13, will be entitled to treble pay.
