KIDNAPPING PLANS SUCCEED.

(Received This Day, 9.5 a.m.) NEW YORK, July 16. A message from Allen (Oklahoma) says that three armed bandits, Fetci Rexler, Fred Tindell, and Charlie Chapman, who escaped from the Texas prison on July 8, kidnapped Baird Markham, Jump, aged 21, tne son of a wealthy oil man, from Wells, where he was working on a vacation from Yale. Markham was forced into a stolen motor-car, and held for a hostage. Posses are guarding and searching roads throughout the State. A later message states that Markhad was released unharmed.
