HEALTH CAMPS.

MEDICAL MEN APPROVE. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, February 26. Arising out of a letter received Jiy the biennial conference of the New Zealand Branch of the British Medical Association from the iPri.me Minister, the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage, a resolution was carried wiith enthusiasm that children’s health camps should be set upt throughout the Dominion as a memorial to King George V. The conference decided to reply to the letter saying that the association would give the project every support. Another resolution also carried unanimously was: “That this council of the British Medical Association views with pleasure the expressed intention of the Government to make adequate funds available for the promotion of medical research and the association thinks that as much funds as are allocated should be devoted to the study of disease in New Zealand, such as hydatids, goitre, and infantile paralysis.”
