BAER INVOLVED IN DISPUTE. ? NEW YORK, February 24. Brigadier-General Critchley, a London boxing promoter, announced, that he intends to appear to-day at a meeting of the State Athletic Commission

with a request for a ruling on his dispute with Max Baer, in regard to the latter’s contract to fight in London in May, against the winner of the FoordFarr bout. Brigadier-General Critchley contends that the contract forbids Baer to engage in any bout, before his contest in London, but Baer has been, matched with Pastor at Madison Square Garden on March 19.
