ARAB BOYCOTT.

In spite of Emir Abdullah’s intervention, the Arab Higher Committee reaffirmed its decision to boycott the Royal Commission. The High Commissioner (Sir Arthur Wauchope) informed the committee that there was no likelihood of the British Government reversing its Jewish immigration policy. The Arab Higher Committee decided to boycott the Royal Commission owing to the British refusal to suspend Jewish immigration. It has also issued! a manifesto urging the Arabs not to cooperate with the commission.
The British Government’s decision not to suspend Jewish immigration to Palestine during the, Royal Commission inquiry into the disturbances was reported on Saturday. The Arabs were dismayed at the decision, one of their leaders declaring, “Britain has clearly not learned the meaning of the Arab strike.” RESERVISTS RETURN HOME. In accordance with the decision recently announced, 1400 reservists and drafts from other regiments in Palestine left Haifa for England in the liner Laurentic, and an additional 875 embarked! in the Tuscania at Port Said.— British Official Wireless. ASYLUM IN BAGDAD FOR AGITATOR. BAGDAD, Nbvember 7. The Government has given asylum to the Palestine agitator, Fawzi Kawakj, who arrived accompanied by nine companions.
