BELGIAN WINS SPRINT TITLE. (United Press Association—Copyright.) ZURICH, August 31. Jef Sclierens (Belgium) won the world’s professional sprint cycling championship for the fifth time in succession. Vanvliet (Holland) defeated Georget (France) in the final of the world’s amateur championship.
