LODGE MEETING.

SUCCESS OF ASHBURTON U.A.O.D. The quarterly meeting of the Success of Ashburton Lodge, U.A.0.D., was held on Monday evening. The A.D. (Sister F. Collett) presided over a good attendance. The visiting Bards’ report was received and sick pay was passed in favour of four sisters. The District President of No. 8 District (Bro. Cooper) notified that he would be present at the next meeting for the installation of the newly-elected Vice-Arch Druid. It was decided to invite the Star of Ashburton Lodge to the “Hard-up” social. Four candidates were initiated. At the close of the meeting the newly-initiated members were entertained at suuner by the officers of the lodge.
