KRUSE DRAWS WITH BOESCH. NEW PLYMOUTH, August 23. Kruse and Boesch drew before the biggest wrestling house this season on Saturday night. The match was full of fire, both men trying hard for the win. There was comparatively little showmanship, hut heavy jolts, biting, and punching characterised the later rounds. There was a sensation in the seventh round when the referee awarded the equalising submission fall against Boesch. Kruse had; held a deadly liammerlock for six minutes in the sixth round, completely paralysing his opponent’s arm which required manipulation hack into the normal position by the second at the end of the round. Securing the only fall of the match about. 20 seconds after the beginning of the first round, Lofty Blomfield, 16st 81b, beat Danny Dusek, 16st 31b, in a lively professional wrestling contest. Catching Dusek off guard, Blomfield felled him several times with powerful forearm jolts to the head and body, and followed up his advantage to take a fall with a body press. LURICH BEATS LUNDYN.
