As a. result of a- raid carried out by the W'aima. police on (Saturday on the premises known as Galbraith’s Billiards Sailoon, Nm‘th Clyde, the proprietor, Lionel Egbert 'Galbiraith, aged-16, appeared in the Magistrate’s Court charged with: using the premises as a. common gaming—house. On the appli. cation of the police; accused was remanded to appear on Wednesday.
