LABOUR CONFERENCE.

THE NEW ZEALAND DELEGATES. MR McKEEN REPRESENTS GOVERNMENT. (Per Pfess Association.) WELLINGTON, March 12. Mr R. McKeen, Labour member of Parliament fop Wellington South, will represent the New Zealand Government at the conference of the International Labour Office, which is to open at Geneva on June 4. The Minister for Labour (the Hon. H. T. Armstrong) explained, that in view of the approaching session of Parliament, and as he would be in chaige of several major Bills, it was impossible for him to make the trip. The other New Zealand delegates will be Mr A, C. Mitchell (Wellington), president of the New Zealand Employers’ Federation, and Mr G. T. Thurston .(Christchurch), as representative of the workers. The delegation will leave New Zealand on' April 28.
