CASE OF GOODFELLOW v. DAVY. THE TERMS NOT DISCLOSED. (Per Press Association). AUCKLAND, March 10. It was announced to-day that a settlement had been reached on a wi it issued by William Good fellow, company director, of Auckland, in October, claiming £1145, and a declaration that an agreement entered into, with Albert Ernest Davy, political organiser, with regal'd to the formation of a new political party, was no longer binding. The case was mentioned before the Chief Justice (the Rt. Hon. Sir Michael Myers) in Chambers at Wellington on October 18, when an application was made for the hearing. It is understood that one of the conditions of settlement is that the terms should not be revealed for publication.
