SHEEP NOT PROPERLY FED. FARMER FOUND GUILTY. (Per Press Association). TIMARU, This Day. At the Supreme Court to-day Charles Mu mo Smith, a farmer, was charged that on September 7, 1935, at Beautiful Valley, near Geraldine, being the owner of certain sheep, he omitted to supply them with proper and sufficient food. After a retirement of 45 minutes the jury returned a verdict of guilty. Prisoner was remanded till Friday for sentence.
