TWO DAYS’ HEAVY FICHTING. SEYOUM REPORTED VICTORIOUS. (Received This Day, 9.55 a.m.) ADDIS ABABA, February 4. Ras Seyonm is reported to he victorious after two days’ heavy fighting 18 miles south of Adigrat.
